What's the difference between gelato and ice cream anyway?

When you hear a gelato shop is opening around the corner you may ask yourself, "What's the difference between gelato and ice cream anyway?" Well there's a lot that's different! Take a look at the following points to see how gelato is high above any old ice cream.

Gelato is 100% natural, is free of growth hormones, and contains fresh pasteurized cream. Not to mention only fine pure cane sugar is used. No high-fructose corn syrup is used here.

With the exception of a few flavors, gelato is gluten free.
